Additional rules

• No smoking INSIDE the house

• No Open Fires Except For The Fire Pit (in the backyard). Observe local fire bans.

• Control Outdoor Noise After 11 pm (mainly music)

• Pets are allowed, please see pet policy for more details

• Guest count cannot exceed 12. The guest who books a stay must be a minimum of 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.

• Please remove all garbage and recycling when you leave; either take it with you or bring it to the municipal garbage dump (a free pass to the dump is provided). There is a charge of $35 for garbage and recycling that is left behind.

• Please leave the cottage the way you found it. i.e. Tidy up, put items and furniture in their original location and put any dirty dishes in Dishwasher and turn on prior to check out

• Motorized recreational vehicles are only permitted on driveway and trails to lake

• Fireworks are not permitted

• No credit for early check-out or late check in
  

Cancellation

Cancel 7 Days Prior to check-in: Guests will receive a full refund.
Cancel Between 7 Days and 24 hrs prior to check-in: Guests will receive a 50% refund.

Security Deposit

$500 (Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out)

Pet Policy

In order to receive a full damage deposit back and you are planning to bring a pet, the pet policy must be followed.

• Visitors must clean up after pets inside and outside.

• All pets are to remain on the rental property.

• Pets must never be left unattended in the cottage unless crated.

• As a courtesy for our other furry guests, pets must be free of flees and ticks and current on prevention treatment.

• Any and all damages cause by pets will result in no refund of security deposit.

All booking costs will include a deposit of $500.
